Besides the Food Forest project we want to develop other aspects of self sufficienty.
We want to use the forest to build some little houses/shacks.
The first house made on land, using clay and straw. It is not finished yet.
We want to create systems that are less energy consuming and based the maximum on renewable and local energy. We want as well to find useful functions of all our wastes (dry toilet, etc).
We collect the rainwater and underground streams into few tanks and a pond.
Craft Making : soap, candles…
Food transformation : conserves, fermentation, fruit drying…
